NAV
Sinds 1998, Dynamics NAV is de ERP oplossing van Microsoft dat gebruiksvriendelijk en snel te implementeren is. Bedrijfsbeheersoftware waarmee meer dan 100.000 bedrijven over de hele wereld hun boekhouding en financiën, hun toeleveringsketen en hun bedrijfsvoering beheren. Het is onderdeel van een complete bedrijfsoplossing van Microsoft waarmee u efficiënt kunt werken en groeien. Begin met wat u nu nodig hebt en pas dit eenvoudig aan wanneer uw bedrijf voor nieuwe situaties komt te staan. In de Microsoft-cloud of op uw servers – net wat u wilt.
D-Quattro is als specialist al 20 jaar bekend met het product en de branche van Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Tot 2002 was Microsoft Dynamics NAV bekend onder de naam Navision. Een ERP- en boekhoudpakket dat werd ontwikkeld in Vedbæk, Denemarken en in 2002 door Microsoft werd overgenomen. Navision werd toegevoegd aan Microsoft Business Solutions, zoals de ERP-divisie van Microsoft destijds genoemd werd. De Nederlandse importeur was destijds gevestigd in Barneveld. Tegenwoordig is de officiele naam Microsoft Dynamics NAV en is de Nederlandse importeur gevestigd op Schiphol. De programmeertaal is C/AL .
BC
In April 2018 is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central geïntroduceerd. Het is een ERP oplossing dat zowel on-premise als Software as a Service (SaaS) wordt aangeboden. Een oplossing met dezelfde NAV-architectuur waar Microsoft dit millennium de ERP markt verwierf.
Voor Business Central as a Service, draaiend op een Azure-platform in de Cloud is dus geen netwerkserver met bijbehorende 3Tier installatie via u nodig. Microsoft biedt het allemaal aan in de cloud als Software as a Service. Met een email-adres en wachtwoord kun je aan de slag. Per tenant (gehuurde SQL omgeving) kunnen meerdere bedrijven worden aangemaakt. Daarbij kan voor functionele testdoeleinden in een live-omgeving een Cronus testbedrijf worden aangemaakt. Ook voor de ontwikkelaar kan op uw Sandbox een Cronus-bedrijf worden aangemaakt, dé klantontwikkelomgeving inclusief uw klantdata. Naast een Sandbox kan er onafhankelijk worden ontwikkelt in Docker en altijd op basis van de laatste Business Central versie. Altijd Up-to-date! De programmeertaal is AL.
